As a Platinum Bank customer you have entrusted us with important information about yourself. We take this responsibility very seriously and are committed to providing multiple safeguards and a high level of security to constantly protect your personal and private data.

We have developed the following privacy policy to ensure that we safeguard and protect your personal and financial information.

Non-affiliated Third Party is a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours.

  • Information from your transactions such as account balance information, payment history, overdraft history or ATM or debit card information
