Sign up today and gain access to all the convenient features of mobile banking. As always, our concierge bankers are available to walk you through downloading our apps or to tell you about our online banking services.

iPhone App

Follow these instructions to download the Platinum Bank Mobile app for the iPhone:

1. Using your iPhone, click on the App Store icon.

2. Search for "platinumbankmobile" (all lowercase, no spaces)

3. Click the Platinum Bank Mobile icon and the "free" button.

4. If applicable, follow the prompt to enter your Apple ID Password. Then, click "ok."

Android App

Follow these instructions to download the Platinum Bank Mobile app for Andriod:

1. Using your Android device, click on the Android Market icon to download any apps.

2. Search for "Platinum Bank."

3. Click the Platinum Bank Mobile icon and the "Install" button.

Note: In order for your mobile banking to function, you must first sign up for the mobile banking service through the self-enrollment feature or through our traditional online banking service.


You can enroll in mobile banking one of three ways:


Your Mobile Device (self enrollment)

  • Download Platinum Bank’s app for the iPhone or Android phone
  • Enter your NetTeller ID and Password (Must be an Active ID and not in the middle of a password reset)
  • Accept the terms and conditions by clicking the checkbox next to I Agree. Click Next to continue.
  • Enter your mobile device number, wireless provider
  • Click Enroll Now to complete the self-enrollment

Platinum Bank’s Online Banking

  • Log into Platinum Bank’s Online Banking  (If you don’t have online banking, sign up by calling 651-332-5200.)
  • Select the Options tab
  • Choose Mobile Banking
  • Activate Mobile Banking by selecting your wireless provider and entering your cell phone number

Mobile Security
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to secure Mobile Banking to prevent access by unauthorized persons and to prevent the introduction of any malicious code, such as a computer virus. However, no security system is failsafe, and despite our efforts the security of Mobile Banking could be compromised or malicious code could be introduced by third parties. We will provide you with notice if your information is the subject of a security breach as required by applicable law.

Platinum Bank does not charge a fee for mobile banking. However, standard messaging, airtime and data charges may apply. Contact your wireless service provider for more details.
